2. Products and prices

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). The checkout shows the products, quantities, discounts, applicable delivery charges, tax information and total before an order is submitted. Product photographs illustrate appearance; screens and natural materials can produce differences in colour and finish. Check dimensions, quantities and access before ordering.

3. Placing an order

You can check out as a guest. Review your contact details, delivery address and order summary before submitting the order. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. Unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier, the sales contract is accepted when we confirm dispatch. If a product cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for that unavailable item.

4. Payment

Payment is due in GBP using a payment method available at checkout. We do not offer store finance or instalment credit. A payment is successful only when confirmed by the payment provider; an order acknowledgement alone is not proof of payment. Do not send payment card information by email.

5. Delivery

Our estimated delivery window is 24–32 calendar days from order confirmation unless another date is expressly agreed. Delivery arrangements and any charge are shown before purchase. Read our Delivery Information and contact us about restricted access before ordering. We remain responsible for goods until they come into your physical possession or that of a person you nominate, subject to applicable law.

6. Cancellations, returns and faults

7. Your information

We use personal information to administer orders and provide support as described in our Privacy Policy. Provide accurate information and only the details needed to fulfil your order.

8. Complaints and liability

Email support@oakgardenland.com with your order number and the outcome you are seeking. We will investigate and respond. We do not exclude liability where exclusion is unlawful, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights for goods.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in a court available to them under applicable law.
